Thursdate Nights!

Thursday, July 23, 2026 · 2 PM
Thursdate Nights! event
Thursday nights are for bad decisions and good wine. You know that moment when you look at your partner and realize you’ve spent the last three nights discussing grocery logistics and whether the dog seems emotionally distant? Yeah. That’s why we created Thurs-Dates. Every Thursday, we turn the tasting room into something a little less “wine tasting” and a little more “this unexpectedly became the highlight of our week.” Each night features a different theme, wine experience, and food pairing designed to get people laughing, talking, flirting, debating, oversharing slightly, and maybe remembering they actually like each other. Come with a date. Bring friends. Show up solo and blame us later. Date night Awaits you Upcoming Date Night Themes Thursday, June 4 Blind Date Night No labels. No backstory. No pretending you “normally drink Burgundy.” We pour everything blind and let your palate make the decisions for once. Guess the varietal, guess the region, or confidently embarrass yourself in front of strangers. Honestly, that’s part of the fun. A night of curiosity, chaos, and realizing the cheap one may have actually been your favorite. Thursday, June 11 Open bottle Night A slightly bigger table. A slightly looser pour. Alongside Resistance wines, we’ll be opening bottles from producers we love, admire, or are mildly jealous of. Think of it as wine nerd night without the annoying wine nerd energy. Come discover something new, compare notes, and pretend you weren’t excited when someone opened “the good bottle.” Thursday, june 18 Wine & Pick Up Lines Every guest submits their best—or worst—pick-up line. Some will be smooth. Most will be crimes against flirting. We’ll read them throughout the night while pouring wine and collectively questioning humanity. There will be winners. There will be regrets. There will almost certainly be at least one line involving Syrah and poor judgment. Winners might win some “Wingman” merch…cause we have to use this stuff up somehow. Thursday, June 25 Truth or Drink A little bold. A little dangerous. A lot more fun after the second glass. Throughout the evening, we’ll throw out rounds of questions ranging from harmless to “wow, okay, we’re really sharing tonight.” You can always refuse to answer. But then you drink. Strangers become friends fast on this night. Occasionally oversharing happens. We consider that part of the experience. Plan your next date night here!

Good to know

Before you come.

  • Do I need a ticket or a reservation?

A reservation isn't required, but it's the only way to be sure of a table. Use Reserve a tasting above to hold one for Thu, Jul 23.

  • What does it cost?

There's no cover charge. Wine is by the glass, the flight, or the bottle.

  • Can I bring my kids?

Sure, as long as they don't use the barrels as bongos. We're family-friendly.

  • Are dogs allowed?

Yes, if they're cool. If your dog's nicer than most humans — perfect. If not, maybe let them guard the couch instead.

  • What kind of wine do you make?

Syrah, Malbec, Cab Sauv, Tempranillo, Sauvy B, Chenin Blanc, Rosé, and whatever other rebellious surprises we bottled last.

  • Can I host my event here?

Heck ya! We love throwing parties. Birthdays, shows, divorces, board meetings — we don't judge. Just know the wine will upstage your PowerPoint.

  • What should I wear?

Whatever you can spill Syrah on without crying. Although, Lin usually has a Tide Stick in their bag for emergencies. Somm things.

  • Will there be food?

Yes! We have a fresh food program supplied by The Allium Wood-Fired Pizza, parked right out back. Charcuterie, empanadas, wood-fired pies, pastas, salads, potato-chip pairings, and artisan chocolates. Plan on coming hungry.
