Artist Statement

By day, Bill Saltzstein is an electrical engineer. By instinct, he’s a visual storyteller with a camera never far from reach. A longtime Ashlander, Bill channels his creative energy into bold, expressive photography that explores the rhythm of landscapes, the geometry of architecture, and the surprising beauty of the spaces in between.

He’s published multiple books and often collaborates with non-profits, using his lens to bring out the soul in their stories. Whether capturing stillness or motion, color or shadow, Bill’s work pulses with curiosity and intention—always inviting you to look twice.
