Welcome to Woodfired Pies & Vines
Every Friday, we bring in The Allium Wood Fired Pizza to help us pair their fresh pies with our award winning wines! These pizzas are by far our favorite in the valley.
Celebrating The Allium's New Pizza Truck
Our friends over at The Allium Wood Fired Pizza just got their first truck! And because their food pairs perfectly with our wines, we were happy to give them a home at Resistance. We are happy to announce that starting February 1st, The Allium will be parked behind Resistance Wine Co. on A Street in Ashland. We will be collaborating to bring you weekly Friday night pizza pairing parties and yummy bites to have while you are enjoying your wine during normal tasting hours!
Here's How It Works
Every Friday, starting February 1st, we're throwing a pizza party. We will be open at 2pm, but the party officially starts at 5pm.
Each week we'll spotlight a special- a one-off creation designed to bring out the best in your glass. We will also be pulling out some exclusive wines that you can only get on Friday nights such as our just bottled 2022 Sangiovese.
Free to attend. All are welcome!
Reservations are appreciated. Walk-ins are always welcome.
