We know which group we'd rather be in.
Join us for an evening with Chef Will of The Allium as he teaches us the sacred and mysterious art of turning flour, water, cheese, and confidence into incredible pizza.
Together we'll tackle the important questions:
- How do pizza dough people make it look so easy?
- How much flour is too much flour?
- Is there such a thing as too much cheese?
- Can pizza count as a personality trait?
Chef Will will guide the group through the process of stretching dough, building pies, and sharing the tricks that separate "pretty good pizza" from "wait... you made this?"

Wine available for purchase because we're not animals
Flour on your shirt regardless of your skill level
Strong opinions about crust
No culinary experience required.
